These terms apply to every person who creates an account on 4wd.run. Account eligibility depends on local law; you confirm at registration that access is lawful in your state or territory.

No. We are required to notify you before any material change takes effect. You will receive notice via email or in-app message with the effective date clearly stated, giving you time to review before continuing to use your account.

Any verified balance in your wallet at the time of closure is returned via your most recent withdrawal method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe. Processing follows our standard withdrawal timeline, which we detail in the payments section.

Contact support via live chat or email with your transaction reference number. We log every dispute formally and aim to resolve payment-related queries within five business days, in line with the process set out in these terms.
