Common Questions About Our Legal Terms

Here are the questions we hear most often from people reading through our terms for the first time. If something here does not answer your specific situation, our compliance team is reachable through email or live chat.

These terms apply to anyone who opens an account and uses the platform where local law permits. Access and eligibility depend entirely on the laws of the jurisdiction you are in — it is your responsibility to check whether participation is lawful in your state or territory.

We collect your name, email address, date of birth and contact number at registration. If you request a withdrawal, we may also ask for identity documents to verify your account. Payment credentials for UPI, Paytm or PhonePe pass through those payment rails and are not stored on our servers.

We retain account records for the period required under applicable financial and regulatory rules. After that retention period expires, personal data no longer needed for compliance purposes is removed from our active database on a scheduled basis.

Yes. Email our compliance team with your account ID and a data-access request. We will compile and send a structured summary of the personal information we hold about you within 30 days of receiving the request, or sooner for simpler cases.

We will email your registered address before any material change to the terms takes effect. For changes that significantly affect account rights or data handling, you will receive at least seven days' notice so you can review the update before it applies to your account.

Submit a written dispute through our formal complaints channel, including your account ID and any supporting details. Our team will issue a written decision and, where the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, outline the escalation path available to you.

Payment credentials you enter during a UPI, Paytm or PhonePe session are handled directly by those payment providers under their own security frameworks. We receive a transaction confirmation only — no card or wallet credentials are stored on 4wd servers.
